1. Seller Eligibility

Sellers must be at least 18 years old or legally able to enter contracts. Sellers are responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.

2. Permitted Products

Only whole, uncut, raw fresh fruit may be listed for sale.

Prohibited products include:

• Cut fruit, fruit cups, trays, or fruit prepared for immediate consumption
• Fruit with seasoning, sugar, dips, or toppings
• Smoothies, juices, dried fruit with additives
• Any items that would be taxable under Texas law

3. Sales Tax Compliance

Texas classifies whole fresh fruit as tax-exempt. Sellers must ensure all listings clearly indicate whole, uncut fruit. Sellers are responsible for accurate reporting of any taxable items.

4. Listing Guidelines

Product titles must clearly state the item is whole, uncut fruit. Product descriptions and photos must accurately represent the item. Sellers may not misrepresent products or advertise prohibited items.

5. Seller Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders accurately and promptly
• Maintain product quality and freshness
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues professionally
• Ensure proper packaging for delivery

6. Marketplace Rights

[Viet Texas Fruit Grocery] reserves the right to:

• Review and approve listings before they go live
• Remove non-compliant or prohibited items
• Suspend or terminate sellers violating these Terms

7. Limitation of Liability

Sellers acknowledge that [Viet Texas Fruit Grocery] is a platform operator only, not the supplier of products. [Viet Texas Fruit Grocery] is not responsible for product defects, shipping delays, or customer complaints.
